These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of my Android applications and related software services (“Services”), including Pak Cricket Scorer. By downloading, installing, or using any of my apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to online services, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use my apps for lawful personal or non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules (including Google Play).
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the apps except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Some features in Pak Cricket Scorer may require you to sign in with Google. Sign-in is optional unless you choose to use a feature that requires it (such as publishing a team online).
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your device and sign-in method secure.
Online features (such as publishing or importing teams) depend on third-party services, internet connectivity, and server availability. I may modify, suspend, or discontinue these features at any time.
One Google account may publish one active online team at a time. Online teams that receive no update for 90 consecutive days may be automatically removed from our servers. You may also remove your team from online at any time in the app.
You may enter content in the apps, such as team names, player names, match data, and other scoring information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By publishing or syncing User Content to online services, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant me the limited rights needed to store, display, and operate the online features you choose to use.
I do not routinely review all User Content, but I may remove content or restrict access if required by law, app store policies, or to protect users and the Services.
Match scoring, statistics, and most team data remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to back up or share data yourself. Publishing a team online uploads only the squad information you choose to share (such as team name, player names, and public team ID), not your full private match history.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of names and content you publish or import.

Some apps may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar providers. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings and location. Third-party ad providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Services may rely on third-party providers (such as Google, Supabase, hosting, or advertising networks). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. I am not responsible for third-party services I do not control.
Your use of the Services is also governed by my Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is handled.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
I do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that scoring data will always be preserved. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important match or team data where needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, my total liability for any claim relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if the app was provided free of charge).
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app. I may suspend or terminate access to online features or accounts if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in your country.
